Mayfly BMS is built and powered by Fly Dreamers, the software company behind the original, online fly fishing travel community and social media platform of the same name. Incorporated in 2012, Fly Dreams has built a name for itself connecting anglers with fly fishing lodges, outfitters and guides across the globe. After years of working with agents and destinations, in 2019, Fly Dreamers launched Mayfly BMS as an add-on to their travel directory to help connect agents to lodges and outfitters and facilitate the booking process. Over the last 5 years, Mayfly BMS has grown into a stand-alone software that incorporates all aspects of lodge management, becoming the most trusted booking and lodge management software in existence.
The vision behind Mayfly BMS comes from its founders, Luis San Miguel and Nicolas Savini, two engineers that combined their passion for fly fishing travel and software development. Fly Dreamers started as a passion project, but with a track record of successful software startups under their belt, Luis and Nico secured funding to build their vision which not only generated revenue, but connected the fly fishing world. In 2023, Gil Greenberg joined the Mayfly BMS team, bringing with him a wealth of practical experience as an owner of a fly fishing travel agency. Together, the Mayfly BMS team is dedicated to bringing you clean and efficient software that makes your life as a lodge/outfitter/guide manager easier!
